Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and offered a great view of the Dartford crossing. However, I was disrupted early in the morning by noise and unexpected entry into my room. The location was convenient for my travels, but the hotel needs renovation. Breakfast had a nice variety but lacked bacon, and some fixtures in the room needed maintenance.
The hotel rooms are well-designed and have everything you need, though it can get a little cold at nights. The opportunity for a late check-out is a plus, and the breakfast options are nice. However, the service could be improved in handling situations where the customer is not at fault, and there were delays at the bar and during breakfast service. The location, though convenient for traveling, is not ideal due to nightmarish roads and cleanliness issues in the shower. The dining experience, while of good quality, can be chaotic when busy. On the positive side, the buffet breakfast with unlimited tea and coffee is pleasant. The facilities are decent, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely and clean, the bedding looked fresh, and the pillows were incredibly fluffy. The bathroom was very nice, and the room size was reasonable with a warm and easily adjustable temperature. The service was exceptional; the staff were helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to assist me during my stay. The location was convenient, right between the Bluewater Mall and the train station for easy access. However, the traffic leading to the M25 could be a hassle at times. The dining experience was good, with plenty of choices and good value for money. Overall, a great stay with a couple of minor drawbacks.
